Inserita nel tessuto economico dell'artigianato, O.M.Z. mette a disposizione dei propri clienti uno staff tecnico di 15 persone che, con competenza e attenzione, soddisfa le richieste di ciascun cliente, realizzando particolari studiati e realizzati a disegno nei minimi dettagli.

Our story
O.M.Z. was founded in 1979 by Mr Zaramella.
We work in the field of machining mechanical on behalf of a third party. We are specialized in the production of small series, prototypes and precision components. We have worked in the moulds, automation, robotics and customized machines fields for several years.
Being part of the craftmanship economic fabric, our staff is made up of 15 competent people who meet every customer’s requests. We plan and produce components to the last detail.
Technologically advanced, O.M.Z. offers experience and technology in order to respond quickly to more advanced market demands with extreme flexibility and professionalism.
Our machinery fleet includes several machining centers (Mazak, Quaser, Parpas, CME, OMV, and Akira Seiki provided with 4th axis), manual and CNC turning machines (maximum size 3000 X 1200 X 1500), manual and CNC horizontal lathes and grinding machines. Our technical department is provided with 3D programming software and Wi-Fi data transmission.
We can supply our customers with full finished products integrating superficial and heat treatments (anodizaton, galvanization and hardening).

Wir sind im Bereich der mechanischen Bearbeitung für Dritte tätig. Wir sind auf die Herstellung von Kleinserien, Prototypen und Präzisionskomponenten spezialisiert. Seit mehreren Jahren sind wir in den Bereichen Formenbau, Automatisierung, Robotik und kundenspezifische Maschinen tätig.
Als Teil des handwerklichen Wirtschaftsgefüges besteht unser Team aus 15 kompetenten Mitarbeitern, die alle Kundenwünsche erfüllen. Wir planen und produzieren Komponenten bis ins kleinste Detail.
Technologisch fortschrittlich, bietet O.M.Z. Erfahrung und Technologie, um schnell und mit äußerster Flexibilität und Professionalität auf anspruchsvolle Marktanforderungen zu reagieren.

Wir können unseren Kunden vollständig fertige Produkte liefern, die Oberflächen- und Wärmebehandlungen (Eloxieren, Galvanisieren und Härten) umfassen.
